I’ve led and supported several nonprofit membership departments around the US — raising awareness and money to fund their transformative work.
* Developed & implemented corporate membership programs, providing avenue for corporate giving, greatly increasing revenue streams and potential.
* Recruited, trained, and managed over 1200 volunteers.
* Trained dozens of staff and board members to convert supporters into paying members, and developed events, grants, and personal and corporate membership and contributions.

I’ve researched, written, and published hundreds of blog posts, fundraising letters, appeals, and newsletters on behalf of clients and employers — always supporting efforts to improve the world in some way.
* Wrote blog posts & membership materials for Bike Pittsburgh, the Washington Area Bicyclist Association, and Bike Easy.
* Created the social media, website, branding and community outreach materials for a sustainable mobility pilot for the City of Pittsburgh (while also developing & running the program during the pandemic), tested & written to be accessible for all.
